Order Processing
All orders are processed within 1–5 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after payment confirmation.
During high-volume periods, new product launches, promotions, or holidays, processing times may be extended. If there is a significant delay in processing your order, we will contact you via email.
Shipping Destinations
We proudly ship worldwide and work with trusted shipping partners to deliver orders safely and efficiently.
Shipping availability may vary depending on local regulations and carrier limitations.
Estimated Shipping Times
Estimated delivery times begin after order processing is complete.
Domestic Shipping
Standard Shipping: 3–7 business days
Express Shipping: 1–3 business days (if available)
International Shipping
Standard International: 7–21 business days
Express International: 3–10 business days (if available)

Shipping Rates
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on:

- Package weight and dimensions
- Selected shipping method
Promotional free shipping offers, when available, will automatically apply at checkout if requirements are met.
Order Tracking
Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email containing your tracking information.
Please allow 24–72 hours for tracking updates to appear after receiving your shipping confirmation.
Customs, Duties, and Taxes (International Orders)
International orders may be subject to customs duties, taxes, import fees, or other charges imposed by your country.
These fees are determined by your local customs authority and are the responsibility of the customer unless otherwise stated.
We are not responsible for delays caused by customs processing.

Incorrect Shipping Information
Customers are responsible for ensuring shipping information is accurate at checkout.
If an incorrect address is provided and the order has not yet shipped, please contact us immediately at famousliberianyouths@gmail.com.
We cannot guarantee address changes after an order has been processed.
Orders returned due to incorrect addresses may require additional shipping charges for reshipment.
Lost or Stolen Packages
Once a package has been transferred to the shipping carrier, delivery responsibility moves to the carrier.
If your package is marked as delivered but cannot be located, please:
- Verify the shipping address
- Check with neighbors or household members
- Contact the shipping carrier
- Reach out to our support team
We will do our best to assist with carrier claims where possible.
Damaged Items
If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery and include:
- Your order number
- Photos of the damaged item(s)
- Photos of packaging if applicable
We will review the issue and work toward an appropriate resolution.
